I’ve been practicing at KAILO for over a year, and this studio is the coziest I’ve ever found. When they announced their 200H YTT I knew it was the right place for me to deepen my practice. The training was so wonderful - much more comprehensive and holistic than I even expected! I feel ready to teach my first classes after completing the training, and excited to keep learning. I’ve made forever friends and I am incredibly grateful for the experience. I’d encourage everyone and anyone to take a class at KAILO and consider one of their trainings!

Very cute and homey studio. Can only recommend checking this place out when you’re in town. It’s a very international studio, with great teachers, especially for ticket yoga (Dom or Karolina are great). Only remember to bring your own mat - the concept of receiving mats in a studio is not common in Denmark, otherwise you need to rent 🤫

No words will ever describe KAILO yoga. The beauty, love, respect and joy that this studio taught me is something that I will cherish forever. They gave me community and left me with something to believe in.
I was been privileged enough to be involved in two of their magical retreats/trainings and I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. (I don’t stop talking about it…)
The Yoga Teacher Training hosted in India was a particular highlight for me. The knowledge shared was authentic, genuine and left me feeling so enlightened.

Had the pleasure of attending Kailo‘s first Yoga Teacher Training with Cam, Dom and Miz (in Cph + India) which was the most beautiful experience! I went on a retreat with Kailo yoga, and didn’t really know what exactly to expect, but I was blown away! This was such a deep and meeningful experience and I felt so safe, loved and inspirered. What a beautiful personal journey it became, with the most loving people. We had such a strong community together. I’m beyond thankful that I went on this retreat hosted by Cam and Dom.

Was so grateful to find this studio close to our Airbnb when visiting Copenhagen. I took a class each day I was there and it was truly one of the highlights of my trip.

The studio is beautiful, welcoming and so comfortable. From the magical soundbath and rejuvenating grounded class to the fiery Vinyassa, each class was so well structured and the instructors were wonderful.

Planning my next trip to Copenhagen just so I can revisit this studio 😍
