Meget erfarne og dygtige trænere og en imponerende dojo samt to rum med sandsække og udstrækningsudstyr. Desuden er der et stort rum med vægte og træningsmaskiner.

Viborg Hallen is an institution in the region. Lead by a family of strength training and karate professionals the head of which is Jens Bjerrekaer, a multi-award winning champion in both fields, this gym has just about any and all pieces of equipment you might be looking for, regardless of what your goals are. The gym is spacious and ‘knowledgeable.’ This place is all about content; it is not a gym in which to be ‘seen’, but rather this is a gym for anyone who is serious about health, training and rehab. My wife and I absolutely love training here every time we are in Denmark. You will love it, too!

Was told that first three months were only 586.00 kronar. After giving him this money and additional 613.00 kronar were added onto the bill.

Dark, you can barely see inside the weight room. Go to Fitness world it's only 200.00 kronor no bull siit.
